Unable to login to your account
Please visit the website, and select the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link before entering your email address to be emailed a password reset link.
If you are attempting to reset your password (whether you are a new member of the website or not), but you are not receiving a password reset email in either your inbox or your junk mail, it may be that your email provider does not recognise our email address. To correct this and to see our emails again in your inbox, you will need to ‘whitelist’ our email address ‘info@clickasnap.com’.

If you had an account with us before the launch of the new website on 15th December 2022 and have not logged into your account since, you will need to reset your password. Alternatively, please reply to our email, and a customer support agent will be able to help you re-set your password for you.
