Our community guidelines are here to help and guide you, as you become a member of the ClickASnap community. Make sure to read these, as well as watch our welcome video!

 

 

ClickASnap has a Zero Tolerance policy. This means that should you breach any of our community guidelines or terms of service, we reserve the right to ban and/or delete your account with us, immediately and without any final warning or refund of payment.

When interacting with our community, you are being held to our community guidelines. Remember, it costs nothing to be kind!

My ClickASnap account - General FAQ's

If after checking your junk/spam folder, you still can not find the ‘activate your account’ email we sent you, please contact our customer support team and let them know. They can help activate your account!

To promote your profile. You will need to log into your account on your computer.

To promote your profile:

  • Visit your feed and select the ‘Get more followers’ button. Enter the number of followers you want and select confirm to promote your profile to.

To promote a photo:

  • Visit ‘Uploads’ and select the photo you want to promote. On the right hand side of the page, a ‘Promote now’ button can be found. Select this and enter the number of  views you wish to promote your photo to.

When you have paid to promote your photos or profile, we show them to other members on the website. This is done in a lot of different ways, for example, we recommend your profile to new members to follow, or we might show your photo on our front page.

We do not provide you with fake followers or views, so the effect of promoting your profile and photos will not be immediate. The quality of the photos you post will affect how long it takes.

If your promotion is taking longer than you expected, please remember that the promotion of your profile and photos will continue until you have received what you paid for. Uploading good quality content will speed things up!

You can use the 100 free credits to promote either your photos or your entire profile.

You will need to log into your account on your computer to use your credits, as it will not work on your mobile.

To promote your profile:

  • Visit your feed and select ‘Get more followers.’ Enter the number of followers you want to promote your profile to. 100 credits = 25 followers.

To promote a specific photo:

  • Visit ‘Uploads’ and select the photo you want to promote. On the right hand side of the page, a ‘Promote now’ button can be seen. Select this and enter the number of  views you wish to promote your photo to. 100 credits = 100 views.

If an image has been removed from your profile it could be one of two reason. 

  1. It is in breach of our community guidelines.
  2. It included a blacklisted word in the file name. 

If you think that your image was removed in error, contact our customer support team.

To have your ClickASnap account verified you must meet the following requirements:

  1. You must be a Pro-Seller member
  2. Have a business (relative to photography) which is linked from your ClickASnap profile, or
  3. Sell or post your photos on another website 

If you meet these requirements, get in touch with our customer support team. Someone will review your request and get back to you. 

Our innovative and patented Watermark-less Image Protection Technology helps protect your photos from theft online.

This works by blocking anyone on a desktop from print screening your photos. The image page also blurs when someone clicks off of it onto another program or web browser.

You images are also protected with right-click prevention. All of these features mean we’re providing you with far more protection that any other image sharing platform out there!

Your monthly subscription payment will be taken automatically every month, from the card or PayPal account used to set it up.

By subscribing to one of our monthly memberships you are authorising this payment to be taken. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time and your monthly payments will stop.

Your annual subscription payment will be taken automatically every year, from the card or PayPal account used to set it up.

By subscribing to one of our annual memberships you are authorising this payment to be taken. You can cancel your annual membership at any time and your annual payments will stop.

When registering an account with us you will be asked to choose a profile URL as well as a username. Your profile URL and username can be the same, although they don’t have to be.

Your profile URL will be the web address of your ClickASnap profile, and this can be bookmarked or shared. Your username will show on your actual profile and is not used as a web address.

The ClickASnap Shop Feature

You must have a Seller or Pro-Seller membership in order to sell your photos through ClickASnap.

Log into your ClickASnap account and visit your ‘Products’ page. Here you can add, edit and delete products. Select ‘add product’ and follow the steps provided to add a product to your shop.

We take 0% commission on any and all products sold through ClickASnap. 

4-7% is deducted to cover transaction fees.

ClickASnap handles all the printing and shipping for you.

We are also able to accommodate for international shipping on all products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for the buyer.

ClickASnap is a UK based company and handles all payments for products, in GBP. Your shop will convert to the currency of the buyer’s country during the checkout process.

When withdrawing your money earned by sales, it will convert into your currency when paid into your account. Please take exchange rates into consideration when purchasing or pricing any products.

You will be notified when someone buys one of your available products. Visit your ‘My Sales’ page, select the ‘withdraw’ button. A bow will appear where you can enter the PayPal email you want the payment made to. If you do not have a PayPal account, we will not be able to make  any payments to you.

Membership Upgrades, Downgrades, Cancellations and Refunds

Please read our refund policy in full, prior to making any payments.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support team to request one.

Please note that if any fraudulent requests/disputes against any payments are made, we will not hesitate to contest these claims in a court of law; nor will we hesitate to take legal action against any fraudulent disputer. Authorised cardholders falsely disputing legitimate charges to their financial institute is illegal and will be prosecuted as such.

To upgrade, log in to your ClickASnap account and visit Settings>Subscriptions. Here you can select and purchase the membership level best suited to your needs.

Once you have upgraded an account, please contact our customer support team. They will then organise for the reimbursement of your previous subscription payment, should this be applicable.

Please note that when upgrading an annual subscription, you will need to purchase your upgrade on annual basis also, in order for your previous subscription to be reimbursed.

To downgrade, log in to your ClickASnap account and visit Settings>Subscriptions. Here you can select and purchase the membership level best suited to your needs.

When downgrading mid-term, your new membership level will come into effect immediately. Please take this into consideration, especially when downgrading an annual membership, as no refund will be considered when downgrading mid-term.

Please note, moving from an annual to a monthly subscription is considered a downgrade, even if you are remaining on the same membership level. 

You can cancel your membership in 3 different ways:

  1. Log into your ClickASnap account, visit Settings>Subscriptions and downgrade to our free membership level. This will cancel any active subscription on your account. 
  2. Cancel the payment via your card provider. 
  3. Cancel the subscription via your PayPal account.

Please note that pro-rota refunds will not be considered when downgrading mid-term.

We are sorry to see you go! In order to delete your account you need only to log in, visit Settings>Delete account. You then need to type in the word ‘delete’ to confirm.

The system is designed to automatically cancel any further payments when you have chosen to delete your account. If a payment is made that you were not expecting after the deletion of your ClickASnap account, please just contact our customer support team to inform them of this. They will be happy to resolve this for you.
