ClickASnap has a Zero Tolerance policy. This means that should you breach any of our community guidelines or terms of service, we reserve the right to ban and/or delete your account with us, immediately and without any final warning or refund of payment.

Our innovative and patented Watermark-less Image Protection Technology helps protect your photos from theft online.
This works by blocking anyone on a desktop from print screening your photos. The image page also blurs when someone clicks off of it onto another program or web browser.
You images are also protected with right-click prevention. All of these features mean we’re providing you with far more protection that any other image sharing platform out there!
ClickASnap is unavailable in the countries of India, Pakistan and Egypt.
We apologise for any frustration this causes. You will only be able to access our website if you reside outside one of these countries.

Your monthly subscription payment will be taken automatically every month, from the card or PayPal account used to set it up.
By subscribing to one of our monthly memberships you are authorising this payment to be taken. You can cancel your membership at any time and your monthly payments will stop.
Your annual subscription payment will be taken automatically every year, from the card or PayPal account used to set it up.
By subscribing to one of our annual memberships you are authorising this payment to be taken. You can cancel your membership at any time and your annual payments will stop.
If you have made a payment for a membership level, which is not showing on your account. Please get in touch with us right away.
If an image has been removed from your profile it could be one of two reason.Â
If you think that your image was removed in error, contact our customer support team.
Yes! We believe all kinds of creators should have a space to share their work. As long as the content you share is your own, and if it falls in line with our community guidelines, then we welcome it!Â

Below we have also answered some of the most frequently asked questions about our Paid Per View benefit.
The Paid Per View benefit lets us pay our photographers, for the views their photos receive.
When someone looks at your photo, you will see it recorded as either a view or a ‘paid’ view. When your photo has received a paid view, you earn between 0.1¢ 0.9¢ (USD), depending on your membership level. 100 views will earn you up to 90¢ (USD).
When someone looks at one of your photos for 5 seconds or more it will be a ‘paid’ view.Â
The view also has to have been created organically, and not via a bot or Click Circles. Have a read through our Paid Per View policy to better understand what this means.
Log into your ClickASnap account and visit your account settings. Here you can select the ‘check earnings’ button and see how much you have earnt so far. Please note that your earnings update slightly slower than your views.
Your views and your earnings do not update at the same time as one another. Your earnings update up to 48 hours after your views have, so you will always see a difference between the two.
When your earnings have reached the $15.00 minimum, you can request for this to be paid into your PayPal account.Â
A box will appear under your ‘Check Earnings’ where you can enter the PayPal email you want the payment made to, and submit your payment request. If you do not have a PayPal account, we will not be able to make any payments to you.
How much you can earn on ClickASnap depends on the quality of the photos you are uploading, as well as how you engage with people across our website.
Currently there are no resources which will allow us to confidently and accurately review AI images to the satisfaction of our current Paid Per View policy.
We feel it is really important that we are clear, consistent and unambiguous in when we can and cannot approve a withdrawal request. So, at this time we are unable to approve any withdrawal requests on accounts which share AI imagery. This is going to continue to be reviewed by us internally, and we will communicate with our users any changes to this.
You must have a Seller or Pro membership in order to sell your photos as products.
Log into your ClickASnap account and visit your ‘Products’ page. Here you can add, edit and delete products. Select ‘add product’ and follow the steps provided to add a product to your shop.
We take 0% commission on any and all products sold through ClickASnap.Â
4-7% is deducted to cover transaction fees.
ClickASnap handles all the printing and shipping for you.
We are also able to accommodate for international shipping on all products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for the buyer.
ClickASnap is a UK based company and handles all payments for products, in GBP. Your shop will convert to the currency of the buyer’s country during the checkout process.
When withdrawing your money earned by sales, it will convert into your currency when paid into your account. Please take exchange rates into consideration when purchasing or pricing any products.
Visit your ‘Orders & purchases’ page. You will be able to request withdrawal for any profits made from your Seller Shop via this page. You will need a PayPal account in order to receive your profits. If you do not have a PayPal account, we will not be able to make any payments to you.
Please read our refund policy in full, prior to making any payments.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support team to request one.
To upgrade, log in to your ClickASnap account and visit your account settings. Here you will see your current membership level and will be given the option to change your plan.Â
Any upgrades will come into effect immediately, so please note that when upgrading an annual subscription, you will need to purchase your upgrade on an annual basis also, in order to be charged the correct amount.Â
Changing from an annual subscription to a monthly one, is considered a downgrade.
To downgrade, log in to your ClickASnap account and visit your account settings. Here you will see your current membership level and will be given the option to change your plan.Â
When downgrading, you will be moved onto your new membership immediately and charged the full amount. You will not be refunded the remaining days of your previous membership level.
To cancel your membership, visit your account settings. Here your current membership level will be shown. You will be given the option to change your plan. By selecting the Free membership option, this will cancel any active subscriptions on your account.
Your current membership will continue until it’s paid-up-to date, when your account will then move onto the Free membership level.
Please note that pro-rota refunds will not be considered when downgrading mid-term, as you will continue benefiting from your membership until your paid-up-to date.
We are sorry to see you go! In order to delete your account you need only to log in, visit your account settings. Here it gives you the option to delete your account.
