Important Update: Changes to ClickASnap Login Options

Hey ClickASnap users! We have an important announcement to make about the way you login to your account. Due to recent changes in Twitter’s API policies, we will be removing the Twitter login feature on ClickASnap. Google is also being removed alongside this. Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered with a different way to access your account. Read on to find out more.

What’s Changing?

Starting from today (24th July 2023), the Twitter or Google login features will no longer be available on ClickASnap. This means you won’t be able to log in using your Google or Twitter credentials anymore. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this change.

Your Login Options:

But don’t worry! We’ve made sure you can still easily access your ClickASnap account using your username or email address and password by following these steps:

1. Visit our website at www.clickasnap.com.

2. Click on the “Log In” button located in the top right corner.

3. Enter your ClickASnap username or your email address (this will be the same email address you use for your Twitter account) and password in the relevant fields.

4. Click the “Log In” button, and you’ll gain access to your account.

What if you don’t know your password?

If you don’t know what your password is, no worries! We’ve got a simple solution for you. Just follow these steps:

1. Visit our website at www.clickasnap.com.

2. Click on the “Log In” button located in the top right corner.

3. On the login page, click on the “Forgotten your password?” link.

4. Enter your email address (this will be the same email address you use for your Twitter account) in the text box that appears.

5. Click the “Reset Password” button.

6. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the link in that email and create a new password.

7. Once you’ve set your new password, return to the ClickASnap login page and use your username or email address and new password to log in.

We recommend setting a strong and unique password to keep your ClickASnap account secure.
