Website updates – URL changes

Hey Clickasnap users!

We’ve got some exciting news to share with you regarding an upcoming change to how your profile, photo, and album URLs are displayed. Don’t worry, it’s all good stuff! We believe this change will improve the user experience and make it easier for you to share your amazing photos with the world. So, let’s dive right into the details.

Starting from August 10th, we’ll be implementing a new format for your profile, photo, and album URLs. This means that when you share your links with others, they will look a little different than what you’re used to. But trust us, it’s all for the better!

Now, we know change can be a bit daunting, especially when it comes to something as important as your online presence. So, to make this transition as smooth as possible, we’ll be redirecting the old profile links for a period of two months. During this time, if someone clicks on your old link, they will be automatically redirected to the new URL. That way, you won’t lose any potential viewers or followers.

However, to ensure that everyone can continue to access your content seamlessly, it’s essential that you update your links wherever you have shared them. By doing so, you’ll guarantee that people can click through directly without any redirection. We don’t want anyone to miss out on your stunning photos, after all!

To help you stay organized and on top of things, we’ve prepared a handy tick list of tasks and deadlines:

  1. August 10th: The new URL format will be implemented. From this date onwards, all new links will use the updated format.
  2. Within two months (by October 10th): You should update your profile, photo, and album links wherever you have shared them. This includes your social media profiles, personal websites or blogs, online portfolios, and any other platforms where you showcase your work.

Remember, it’s crucial to update your links by the given deadline to ensure a seamless experience for your viewers. We highly recommend setting aside some time to go through your various profiles and platforms to make the necessary updates.

If you have any questions or need assistance during this process, our friendly support team is here to help. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us; we’re always happy to assist you.

We hope you’re as excited about this change as we are! It’s just one of the many ways we’re working hard to enhance your Clickasnap experience. Thank you for being a part of our community, and keep capturing those breathtaking moments!

Happy clicking,
The Clickasnap Team

  8. While you are on a roll with these great leaps forward, is it possible to have a feature where viewers could click a button (or suchlike) to make expressions of interest for an image to be a product – I guess it could be abused or done to create unnecessary issues . perhaps something to explore and see if it could be implemented in a practical and genuine way.

    1. The blog post above outlines what you’ll need to do! If I’ve misunderstood your question please let me know!

  9. posted the photos and got more then 30 views on my photos but did not get payment even the money field of every photos show zero could some help and guide me please?

    1. Views are not the same of paid views. Paid views don’t immediately increase your earnings; there’s a 24-48 hour delay. Your earnings will eventually be updated correctly in your account depending on the paid per view rate of your membership

    1. When you’ve earned a minimum of $15.00, simply go to your account settings, click on ‘check earnings,’ and if you have $15.00 or more, you’ll see a text box where you can enter your PayPal email to receive your earnings.
